• Can a gift card be used more than once?

  Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.

• Can gift cards be reloaded?

  No, you can't reload a gift card.

• Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase?

  Yes. You can redeem more than one gift card during checkout.

• How can I access my gift card if I misplaced or never received it?

  You can click Resend gift cards from your order confirmation email.

• Can a gift card be used to buy a gift card?

  No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.

• Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?

  Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.

• Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?

  Yes, gift cards are just another form of payment.

• How do I check my gift card balance?

  Please contact us with your gift card code and we can look up your balance for you.

• Do gift cards expire?

  No, there is no expiration date on our gift cards.

• Can I order a gift card as a gift for someone else?

  Yes, if purchasing as a gift for someone else, check the box 'I want to send this as a gift' and you will be able to enter the recipients email, name (optional) and message (optional). You will also be able to choose a "send on" date (optional) if you want the gift card email sent to the recipient on a future date. If you do not check the box 'I want to send this as a gift', the gift card email will be sent to your email address and you can forward to the recipient whenever you choose.
